Workplace Violence
Workplace violence is a priority issue for hospitals and health issues. The American Hospital Association Hospitals Against Violence (HAV) initiative works with hospitals and health systems to address this issue.
This brief intends to raise awareness about violence as a public health issue and provides resources for boards to work with hospital and health system leaders to build safer workplaces and communities.
