Kavita Patel, MD, MS, is a physician based in Washington, DC, who advises health care companies as a Venture Partner at New Enterprise Associates. Dr. Patel is a board member of SSM Health. Dr. Patel previously served as Director of Policy for the White House under President Obama and as Deputy Staff Director to the late Senator Edward Kennedy. During her tenure in these roles, she played a pivotal role in pandemic preparedness and healthcare reform efforts. She is also an NBC/CNBC contributor.

Carolina Reyes, MD, headshot.

Carolina Reyes, MD, is an Associate Clinical Professor at UC Davis Medical School and a practicing Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist. Dr. Reyes is Chair of the California Health Care Foundation Board and a Trustee of the CommonSpirit Board of Stewardship. She previously served on the Board of Directors for Providence Health and was the chair of the Quality and Patient Safety Committee. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, equitable quality care to all she serves.

Phoebe Yang is an experienced senior executive in four publicly traded companies, appointee in two Presidential Administrations and public and private company board director. She currently serves on the boards of GE Healthcare, Doximity and CommonSpirit Health. She advises institutional investors and privately held companies in technology and healthcare. Her recent awards include Modern Healthcare Top 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare and Fierce Healthcare Top 10 Women of Influence.
